  • Help in launching the purchased machinery and train staff on handling the equipment.
  • Supply of spare parts and consumables.
  • Telephone and email consultancy in case of problems with the machine.
  • Repair of machines produced by General Plastics Sp. z o.o. under warranty and post-warranty service.

Machines purchased at General Plastics Sp. z o.o. meet all the requirements and standards of the EU directives and Polish legislation.

In the case of failure, please prepare/submit the following information:

  • company name,
  • model and production year,
  • contact phone number, e-mail address,
  • brief description of the breakdown.
